An Amazon Ads bulk file (.xlsx) containing a "SP Search Term Report" and/or "SB Search Term Report" sheet. Download it from Seller Central → Advertising → Bulk Operations (choose a date range and include search term reports).

2. Your thresholds
These calibrate the analysis to your account. Defaults are sensible starting points — set your real target ACOS for accurate savings.
How savings are estimated (three buckets, no double-counting): ① terms classified as irrelevant (wrong audience, category, intent, etc.) — full spend wasted; ② zero-order terms past your click/spend thresholds — full spend wasted; ③ low-order terms with ACOS above your high threshold — only the spend above what your target ACOS allows is counted as waste.
3. Your results
Verify the numbers, then download the full Excel workbook (Summary, Order Analysis, 1/2/3-Gram, Top Performers).
